Dear CNCZONE.COM Member, Please help.. We have Johnford VMC 1224 S/N 10121 (1994) with Fanuc OM control. We lost all parameters, program, tool change macro program due to battery failure. We manage to clear the memory and input all machine parameters manually. After power on we were able to zero return the machine , move all axis in rapid mode, and rotate spindle. Wehave couple of issue need to troubleshoot. 1.0 When the magazine switch on manually it keep on rotating and never stop. 2.0 Manual handle mode work only on x axis, when switch to Z OR Y the X axis is moving. All 0900 programs are also lost, we need help if somebody can share the 0900 program. We contact the MTB and Local Johnford dealer but no help . Please help, Thanks, JAO  |
