I just started a part-time job with a shop that has an old Kiwa Excel-510 with a Fanuc OM control. The machine is late 80' to early 90's vintage I'm guessing. It has absolutely no options. Limited memory, 32 tool offsets and I cannot input anything into offset 00. I put a G53 at the end of a program to position the table and it alarmed out. I didn't think that was an optional code. If there is anyone out there who can help me turn some of this stuff on that would be greatly appreciated! I had more functionality from the Anilam Crusader I control I cut my teeth on than this thing!   |
