    Oil Warning Light

I can't get my EXCEL mill to run. The cycle interrupt button is flashing and the oil warning light is not light. Restarting machine gets same result.

    The oil reservoir is full.

are you referring to the lube oil? if yes generally there is a switch to detect the oil level in the top section of the reservoir. check that it functions correctly.
another cause of oil alarm can be blocked oil filters in the oil manifolds or filters at the ends of the small brass pipes that carry lube oil to various parts of the machine. they are small screw-in brass filters that can block up over time. we had to replace many of them in our machines over the years. the lube unit has the oil pressure output level written on a label. if the oil does not reach that pressure within 30 seconds an alarm occurs. this almost always means the filters are blocked or the lube unit is faulty.
