Problem- FANUC 18-M LEADWELL

Hello,
I keep getting a 414 alarm x,y,z,b axis detect error followed by a 751 spindle-1 detect error (AL-51) on my machine. I've checked the power coming in across L1,L2,L3 getting a reading of 205 V AC. When I command the spindle to turn faster than S1000, the spindle drops out and gives me all 5 alarms. I wonder could I have a loose connection somewhere? I made sure everything was tight and repeated the process of homing the machine and trying to command the spindle again, but same results...... I could use a lil feedback.

You probably have a bad power supply. Is it an alpha power supply?
Alpha power supply part number A06B-6087-H115? besides the spindle drive unit.

Hello,
I finally figured out that my 4th axis, for whatever reason was drawing too much current. I turned off the parameters and quit getting the alarms. I must have a cable problem.
