| Hello. I have fount out that i can`t change between the Type I and Type II Can i do that if i change some parameters? I dont know anything about this things... Greetings from Robert.

| No, its optional control software. Often the option is loaded, but requires an Option Parameter to be turned on, available from Fanuc at a cost. Sometimes the software does not exist in the control, but can be supplied by Fanuc. Regards, Bill |

Robert, I'm not sure of the G71 cycle upgrade price, as I've never been involved with having this upgrade installed. The greater majority of machines past when Type II G71 cycles was first introduced in the Series 6TB control, have Type II already loaded and activated. However, I recently ordered Cylindrical Interpolation for a client's 0i controlled machining center at a cost of approx AUD2,100.00. A call to your local Fanuc representative will get you the information you seek. Regards, Bill |
