fanuc alarm 3011, romi guide corrupt data

I am having an issue with corrupt data on the fanuc control. I believe it is a t18 control. Either way, the alarm says I should be able to power off the machine, turn it back on while holding the delete key, then be able to delete my corrupt program. The machine seems to work fine except for this corrupt data. Note that this problem is on a romi machine tool, and the particular corrrupt data dealt with the "guide" side of the control, not the CNC side.

If anyone has ran into this problem please help me.
