lost Data hitachi seiki HT 20

I have a 2nd hand HITEC-TURN HT20, Serial N°22245, Constructed 14/10/1986, which I bought recently. As it didn’t work since long time, it lost all data table. With the help of friend I found some of them. But the data specific to “HITACHI”, DATA TABLE, DATA CONTROL, DATA N° D0000-D0002-D0010-D0018-D0026-D0034-D0042-D0050-D0058-D0066-D0074. All of this parameters contain 7 Bits. This DATA concern spindle speeds and tool post rotation.
And the DATA for PC counter and PC keep relay.
Please, If anybody have this type of machine, help me please.

Hi are you looking for parameters for the Fanuc side or the Hitachi PMC side? Does it have a Micon 8 controller on the cabinet door?

Angry

Hi all,
My real problem is when I program M03 S4000; machine t urn only 1022 RPM.
Same for any other spindle speed. Only 1/3 of the given speed realized.

And I don’t have an operator’s manual for programming this machine.

System runs with FANUC 10 TE-F
Year 1986 October. TYPE; TTV-32DKL
Find my front panel as an attachment file.
Regards.

Hi

i have the same control on the hitachi Fanuc 10 te f that i run. try m41 before the g96 command, this is high gear / range. the machine will default to m40, low gear / range. m40, m41 MUST be commanded by you. hope this helps. enjoy the day

Gerry

ps, do you have FAPT on this machine?

Hi Gerry,
Thanks for the help. I’ll try it in this evening.
Yes I do have FAPT on this machine. But it doesn’t work also.
There is an alarm “parity error”
Please tell me do you have the programming manual for this machine?
I tried the drilling cycle with G74 as;
G74 R.3 Z-20. Q1500 F.08; but it doesn’t.
Regaeds.

I've been using FAPT/CAPS etc for around 20 years. If you need to know anything about FAPT programming just ask.....

G74 format is...
G74 Z (end point in Z axis) K (peck amount) F (feed rate)

there are other items on the G74 line but they can be omitted when peck drilling.

Hi Gerry,
I try M41 and M40 on my machine. Yes, you are correct about these two codes.
Machine by default turn on M41 mode.
I explain it to my friend how helped me to get the machine done.
So he shows me on the screen the path, to copy from another machine, as follow;
• Click on NC/PC button
• PCPRM bottom screen
• DATA bottom screen
• You find the page, DATA TABLE CONTROL DATA
From D000 to D0074.
Please be kind to copy these and send me.
This photo show you the page.

Regards.
