i came in this weekend to adjust the gibbs on my machine. The seemed pretty loose and they did need some adjustment. But once i did it i am getting a over travel alarm when i zero return the x axis. What could i have done to cause this? Are the gibbs to tight and when it gets out to the end of the ways for zero retun it gets to tight and alarms out as over travel? The machine in a Kiwa Excel Mustang 1300 with a Fanuc Om controller. The alarm code is 510.. Kirby |
