Robodrill File Loading problem

I am trying to load a program into our robodrill and when I try to load it using the quick/nc it says "Registration of file is failed". I've had this problem before, but copy and pasted body of code into file that did load. This did not work this time. I tried .nc, .txt, no extenstion unformat in wordpad etc. Does anyone know how to fix this?

is your error on a CNC machine or on a PC? It looks like a PC communication software problem not a CNC machine issue? If PC error what software are you using to transfer the CNC program?
