| I have a Shoda cnc router with Fanuc15fm controller. The machine has Mitsubishi plc controls. I can run a program several times with out any problems. Then sometimes I get an error SV023. This only happens sometimes and when it does the spindle head goes up and the program stops. I can reset the alarm and finish the program if I don't get the alarm again. The Z-servo is hot even when being idle. The other servos don't get hot when not being used. Is this normal? I have another sevo but I don't want to have the same problem if I replace it.Does anyone have a suggestion? Last edited by aaiusa; 09-28-2011 at 03:39 PM. Reason: more info |
