O-TT 4n1 Alarms

Hello,

I have a Star KNC-32 with a Fanuc O-TT control.
It throws a 4n1 (EXCESSIVE POSITION ERROR DURING MOVE) error anytime I try and move the X1, Y1, or Z1 axis in rapid. Each of these axis will jerk then quit.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you slow your rapid override done or try a feedrate move does it still do it. I am not an expert in servos but it sounds like you need some servo parameter adjustments.

If I set the rapid override to 1 it is fine. It doesn't happen when using feedrate.

Then I would suspect as I stated above. Your servos probably need some tweeking with the gain or something along those lines.
