Hello, I have a Star KNC-32 with a Fanuc O-TT control. It throws a 4n1 (EXCESSIVE POSITION ERROR DURING MOVE) error anytime I try and move the X1, Y1, or Z1 axis in rapid. Each of these axis will jerk then quit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, H. Howard |

| Then I would suspect as I stated above. Your servos probably need some tweeking with the gain or something along those lines. I sent an email with the manuals attached per your PM. I zipped them as they are 8mb total so let me know if you receive them or not. Stevo |
