I need the machine specific address for input/output. My repairman cannot identify the problem contacts by the numbers listed in the ladder diagram. They are numbered but we don't know what they are. It is specifically an ATC problem. Thanks for the help |

| It sounds like you didn't get the symbol and comments ladder hard copy version? If you cannot find someone using the same machine, you could try any machine dealer advertising one the web, if they have a copy, they may run one off at reasonable charge? Al.

| sorry, only got the Fanuc stuff here...yeah without addresses it can be a challenge. some (the maintenance friendly ones) manufacturers use wire numbers for addresses, like 172 on a switch is x17.2 or 520 on a relay is y52.0 - I always liked on the zero how the i/o numbers werent repeated allowing this, every maint guy in our shop knows 165 is x16.5, or decel-x on a zero... if he hasnt looked already, might open up the atc junction box, note what wire numbers are used, if the inputs are all 160 thru like 217, and 500 thru like 547 for solenoids, they might be the same as the addresses...I know everything we build is that way, and OKK, some others did thiers that way... hopefully someone will chime in with the machine specific info for you, good luck |
