Need Help!- EOB N0?

On the 21it on a cnc lathe I have this N0 that appears after I hit the EOB key. This is happening when I program and while I am in MDI. It will not run unless I delete this N0 after every EOB. I dont know how this just started happening. The parameters have not been changed to my knowledge. But I am not here all the time either. Any thoughts on how to make this pest(N0) go away? Thanks for your help!!

Set bit 5 of parameter 0000 to 0. This will disable automatic sequence numbering.
