Serial spindle is dead in Fanuc-o-md

hi all. i have vmc with Fanuc O-MD. it have Alpha serial spindle drive 17.5 kw. when power on drive display is off and pil light and alarm light on. spindle drive is A06B-6102-H211#520.
please tell me how can i check this or how can i change the serial spindle setup in NC control into normal s analog control spindle?
please help me.
any one know that what is Fanuc serial spindle control protocol and data format?
