Ok, so I went to hook up my Chip Conveyor to the HT20 Hitachi lathe with the fanuc 10t control. I got the three phase wiring hooked up to the internal relays on the control box of the conv. up. But then there is a Blue and Orange wire that went to some sort of contact, but when testing what these wires do I accedently touched them together, and got a small spark. After seeing where these wires go, I found out that they go to a connector on a board called Kchp. Anyways now I am getting SV013 alarms for X and Z axis. I have tried reseting the breakers on the servo drives, but no luck on correcting the alarm. Where Else Can I look? |

| Ok after further investigation, I found that the distribution board had some burned traces, see photos. So I had a spare board and installed it, with the conveyer totally disconected, and am still getting the same alarms!! WHen I hit the reset button, the Prdy led on the servo drives lights up for a second then turns off, and has the same alarm. Where shall I look next? |

| Can't seem to find that Dis board in the prints? Did you repair the trace and checked all fuses? Al.
