I run One cnc expert on my VMC, and with the hopeless memory - even upgraded to the max - on my fanuc OMD controller , any 3D programing was a pain, as it meant that the pc was held up whilst it ran. Now I have the ability to read direct from usb straight into the machine , its completely changed the way we use the machine.
Its no longer a consideration as to how big the program is , no more waiting to upload with the slow baud rate ,program is on the usb before you can grab it after pressing save , faster to DNC direct from USB. Now I can program , set machine away , program and save to another mem stick and be ready for the next process - no matter how big. Now I dont want a HAAS anymore!!!!!!
BEST CASH I EVER HAVE SPENT ON THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!!
