it looks like you have a heat-related bad connection problem. If the problem goes away after time it might mean whatever was cold and not connecting properly heats up after some time and then makes the connection. Its a common problem with dry joints on PCBs or connectors.

Yes, after 1 hour the simbold became normal again.
But the center can be switched on during 1 or 2 hours, and symbols not
appear right. Sometimes this problem not disappead.
What PCB can have such bug?
Can you give me the ID of this card?
The FANUC unit, conected to Color Monitor has ID A16B-2200-091

I can't give you specific diagnostic info without being right there, which is obviously not possible. I suggest you pull out each PCB relating to the computer (i.e. no need to touch any servo/axis controller units) and re-seat it, including all connectors and cables. If the problem persists you'll need to seek professional help. If you don't know what you are looking at just get some professional help.

A16B-2200-091X is a OPT1 board with graphics used on FS16A and FS15B controls; the X is important- what is it?
It will have a graphics module(s) inside and the one that is probably the problem is A20B-2900-0154.

Hi!
I dismounted block from Fanuc console and made photo.
In picture 1 the block's number - A16B-2200-0917, X=7.
In the photo 2 there are 3 PCB plugged in the MotherBoard.
In picture 3 - ID of CRTC card.
As I understand, the CRTC card has to be replaces.
Is it right?

try removing and re-seating those small plug-in boards. The HD63484 is the graphics chip. Also try cleaning the edge connectors on those plug-in boards. They are a bit like DIMMS, could have a bad connection there. If not there could be some loose surface mount chips on those boards (especially the large chip with very fine legs) but you'll need equipment and knowledge to repair them. Otherwise just replace them with a known working board.

Glad to hear that you fixed it.

Well, I can't say I know much about the A16B-2200-091x boards, but there are the A16B-2200-0912, -0917 and -0919. I have the -0912 in my 16M at the present time.

I have one for my FANUC 16M Model B.

I don't know much about the graphics cards but am having fun building the 16M Model B.

I think I have aquired just about every option card, and module there is. I may end up with a FS18 main CPU board here soon too.

Greg
