Looking for paramter on a fanuc om to set the program check screen so when a tool is say 1. above my Z0 it will show that, not the dist. from home, I thought it was paramater # 2 bit 0 but that did not work. thanks |

| Hello. The Check screen should display the ABSOLUTE Position. There may be a parameter for ABSOLUTE or RELITIVE position. You will also want to turn on the tool length for the ABSOULTE position(parameter #18 bit5=0?). Not sure what the Parameters are. glovebox20 |

| I got it to read the Z numbers on the program check screen but not the X and Y they are still from machine home and it is in relative on the screen? I would like it to show the program absolute numbers, I also cant get it to take a macro program from a dnc the control has the macro option but all It will take is the man readables any ideas? thanks |
