Hello I have a Hitachi CS40. Occasionally e-stops out on me. No faults given. Traced it down to a Fanuc IO Link Interface Module (A02B-2002-0140). This module is not giving me a 'run' contact closure over CN2 which is preventing the NC from coming out of e-stop. There is a red light on the board that is lit up called SERR. I figured it meant serial error but I disconnected the JD1B connector and got a separate alarm with an error message on the NC. I called fanuc and they said it was a custom board for Hitachi. Anyone have information on this board?  |
