Does anyone know which parameters should be adjusted for Fanuc 0iMC with alpha-i motors when there is a vibration in X axis ? this vibration appear at the end of X axis stroke (for b both sides) Thanks |

| I think that your X-axis amplifier is singing on its last vers... Check this thread for different try-and-errors. I solved my problem by changing the amp after some back-and-forth testing such as swapping amps, swapping servo motors, even swapping encoders... http://www.cnczone.com/forums/mazak_...oud_noice.html |

I agree- or if its a really used machine, there could be a hourglass wear to the work envelope, and someone adjusted the gibs in the worn center section...weve got a lot of machines in bad shape, see that happen a lot. |
