Fanuc 0M Batch Loading Programs

Ok here is an interesting problem for all you Fanuc experts. We have over 20 Fanuc Robodrills, but recentluy aquired a brand new feelers/methods with a 0m controller. The problem we are having is when trying to load a series of programs from a CF memory card, the machine renumbers all the sub programs, and does not change the M98 O**** in the main program. Does anyone have any Idea on how to batch load these machines, or is there a parameter in the 0 controller that is defaulting this.
If we were only dealing with 1 main program and a few subs, it wouldn't be a problem, but the job these machines were bought for have on average 80 sub programs. Again thanks for any help or insite anyone may provide.

Do your subs have O-numbers in them? If so, do the O-numbers coincide with the file numbers on the card?

So let me get this straight ... The sub programs on the memory card have O-numbers in them, but the machine gives them new, different O-numbers when it loads them into memory ??

yes, it renumbers them in sequential order based on the main program number. If the main program is 05000 for example, every sub it loads after that is sequentially numbered O5001, O5002, O5003 etc.

I know it sounds weird, but it is happening. An initial call to feelers/methods had no answer, they sugested loading each individually, that's why I'm asking here.

Just wondering if anyone has seen it, or heard of it, and hopefully has a work around or solution for it.

Are you using O-SET to specify the main program O-number? If so, leave O-SET blank.

That looks like what we need. Just wondering if you would be able to send me the whole page and the preceding page so I know where to look to change it to work. Or some step by step directions would be great also. Thanks Again. "This place is better then tech support."
