You have a voltage problem... 01 on the power supply: (1) Meaning The main circuit power module (IPM) has detected an abnormal condition. (2) Cause and troubleshooting (a) Control supply voltage decrease of the power module (IPM) → Replace the power unit. (b) Input supply voltage imbalance → Check the input power supply specification. (c) The specification of the AC reactor does not match the PSM in use. → Check the PSM and the specification of the AC reactor. (d) IPM failure → Replace the IPM.

-what is the difference between IPM and PSM? -I never change the reactor. How to check if its spec match them of the power supply? -Input voltage is balanced and within the spec. -How to check the control supply voltage? Yesterday I shut down only the control believing that i won't have those alarm next morning. This morning, I turn on the control and Beeeep alarm 414 424 434 409(sp=30) and again a 01 alarm code on the power supply. Shut down everything and turn on again. No more alarm. I can continue that way for a while but i know that one day alarm won't go away. But i want to be sure about the cause before replacing component.

That information that I gave you was taken out of the book. The fact that you are able to run after reset tells me that your hardware is OK. Otherwise you would be fighting other power related issues thru out the day. I would check the incoming power with a voltage meter and watch what happens when you power up. Maybe your contactor that feeds the power supply is not closing all three legs in a timely manner. Check phase to phase to see that all three phases are the same (balance)
