DGN problem

Dear Friends

In our Wasino Machine having Fanuc 0TT system. Now all the parameters got deleted during purchase of the Machine itself. We are having the parameter copy. I want to know the procedure of entering the parameter.

We entered the parameter & optional parameter in head 1 & unable to enter the DGN.

We are unable to turn the head 2 Screen.

Kindly suggest the suitable solutions

I did not notice this post before replying. We are working on the same problem.
My email was rejected with the following message:
The following message to <info@premierengrs.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'
Our customer has 3 of these machines. We have manually entered the regular params but cannot enter the option params. Have not done the diagnostics because without options, the control does not know the PMC, and diagnostics are for the PMC. We were told that param 922.7 is for enabling options, but could not turn that on either.
I have a password but no procedure for entering it; was never needed on the 0 series controls.

Optional Parameters can be entered only in the Master side. Slave side is not possible to enter.

I worked in this Machine 1 month before. I hope now again start to work in the machine to complete the Task. I will be out of station Next week after that only i have to start & Check the machine condition

What machine model is it?
I just heard that the "0" control absolutely does not need a password.
