I'd first like to thank Memeoryman for trying to find a way to get my one lathe to accept parameters as written in my first post. Ok, I got another one of my 3 Wasino SS-8 lathes working but for some reason it will only run a program if the rapid is set in setup mode. As soon as I change it during the program, the program stops and when I switch back setup, i can press start and the program will continue. It won't work at the start of a program either unless it's in setup. Also, I keep getting 434 and 444 axis detect alarm or something like that, (3rd and 4th axis for the robot loader). As soon as I unplug the 2 cables on the servo amp and plug them back in the alarm goes away Any suggestions to fix these problems would be great. Thanks, Kevin |

No need to apologize, that was an honest thanks for the effort you've put in to trying to solve one of my many machine problems lol. I'll talk to you on Monday. Time for me to take a holiday tomorrow and check out the Indy in Toronto. |
