| is a separate brake?i know is a buikd in brake with the motor from the z axes. normaly u have to change the motor or if u know u can disasemble the brake part and clean the electromagnet disk. i think a manual for this u will never find cause fanuc don't give for public such info but good luck. |

| Hi Zavateandu, I'm sure it's a separete part, begining from the top fo the Z axis, you have the Fanuc alpha motor, coupler, nut, brake, spindle, etc. I know this type of breakes has to be fixed with a gauge, may be 2 mm between two parts of the brake. If you know the correct procedure to align it, I will appreciate your post Thanks' |
