Hi, I have a AMADA Pega 344 FANUC-P System6.
I need to know, how can I conmunication with a PC via RS232, the cable wiring, if exist any protocol, what ever.

what pc communication software are you using? Hyperterminal works.

Hi, I have proven with Hiperterminal and other softwares, I believe that the problem is in the connection of the cables NC <-> PC. Also I do not know if some protocol exists, HandShake or another. Can you help me with these doubts?

use a null modem cable or adapter. You can use text files for both sending and receiving.
