Need Help!- SV023 Z sv overload Fanuc 10M

hi

I have a problem with my Victor center it has a Fanuc 10 M control with DC motors,
the problem is that I got an alarm SV023 Z SV OVERLOAD when I was drilling some deep holes with big diameter drill (f27) and small rpm (180),
I turn off the machine and now the alarm appears right after the startup of the machine, it does not go off with the reset button...
I removed the cable from the encoder and I got the overheat alarm but also the sv023 overload alarm, after that I put the cable back and again only the SV OVERLOAD alarm....

any suggestions how do I reset this alarm or what is the cause of it, there is no break on the motor

there is a thermal relay in the velocity control unit(servodrive) that operates in such cases and white mark appears on the relay, that needs to be reset after 10 minutes after the relay was actuated. the reset is done by pressing the RED-reset button on the relay itself.
