Have a Tornos enc 254 that started cutting smaller parts the other day all by itself. Had just changed tool and thought it had moved.So comped the geometry and ran about 10 more parts and then it alarmed out 510 x+ soft OT, kind of weird. Shut it down to rezero it and now it starts out with same alarm. Tried the can+P reboot but nothing. Looked at parameters but not sure which ones are x1 and x2, it has twin heads. Mabye lost an encoder? It does not have a handwheel and only has proxswitch at +x end of travel and I have moved it off that and it checked it, it's good. So waiting for the repair guy. Any thoughts???  |
