Fanuc AC servo drive

Dear friends,
can any on able to send me the pinout details of PCB,
A20B-1001-0770/04B -0129 Fanuc AC servo drive unit. i want to interface this drive with my ADTECH CNC. i attached the pinout details of ADT 4840 cnc controller axis interface pinout details. kindly send the pinout details for CN1, CN5, CN6 connectors.
