    SP150 pointers?

I have a SP150 control on a 1988 Hitachi wire machine. This machine was sent down to us from another plant, and I'm just trying to bring myself back up to speed with a fanuc control. I ran several haas machines years ago with fanuc controls, but I have forgotten my way around with them. Here is the control-

We are having issues with a post processor for mastercam at the moment, and I was just going to MDI a few programs and save them to get it started and running. Our programs are so simple I may just do this anyway for the majority of it (think rectangles and circles).

I see there are several programs in tha machine, but I can't figure out how to delete them, how many it will hold, etc.

If I were to write my own program and try to save it, how would I go about doing that?

In the PROGRAM (EDIT) screen, try typing O1001 and press the INSERT key. (That's OH-one-zero-zero-one) If you're lucky, you'll get a blank screen with O1001 in the upper-right corner. You should be able to start typing in blocks. Be sure and end each block with the EOB character.
