Need Help!- MDI trouble on OT machine

Dear all
On my OT machine, I have the trouble as:
In MDI mode, when I keyin the command already, I pushed Cycle Start button, but nothing happen, and the command is not disapear on screen, as the machine is not recieved the command( I check all DGN witch is concept, but find nothing).
Pls. help me the way to fix this problem. Thanks

What command are you typing in? Do you press EOB and INSERT before you cycle start? Does the CYCLE START lamp light up?

Thanks for your reply.
I typed command like as: (for example) T0606-> EOB-> insert-> Cycle Start, the command does not disapear on screen and the machine doing nothing. The Cycle Start light is do not light up.

Is the machine in ready condition (can you execute in AUTO mode)?

No, I can not execute in the MDI mode nor Auto mode.

Is the machine in ready-to-execute condition, i.e., hydraulic ON, axis/spindle interlock released with respective push buttons, chuck closed, tailstock extended, etc.?

Yes, the machine is in ready-to-execute condition, the hydrolic is On, all interlock is released,....( because I checked all DGN 700, 701 and 712, all they is 0).
The machine can run in Home return mode, JOG mode, and even in Auto and MDI mode normanly. And suddenly, the MDI mode and Auto mode is not run( in this time, the machine still run in JOG or Home Return mode as normaly). I can not understance why?

Execute M03 S100; in MDI/AUTO mode. Does the spindle start?

When you release all interlocks, do you "ready" lights on these?

1. No, naithe in MDI mor Auto mode
2. But Ready light is on.

If you have macro programming on your machine, execute
#1 = 1 ; (EOB has to be there)
and observe if the CYCLE START button lights up for a fraction of a second.

It appears that AUTO and MDI modes are not working at all on your machine. I am not sure if it is a parameter issue. Did somebody play with the parameters? Was the machine working properly in the past? When and how did the problem appear?

Thanks you so much for your reply.
The machine work fine before the problem was on, I'm is one work with the machine same as usualy and do not play with parameter, but suddenly the machine can not respone Cycle Start button( but I can show in Dinostic screen, even in Ladder screen, the Cycle Start button was still received by controller).
