Problem- EX 451 spindle drive unit alarm

Please help me anybody here, to solve this problem, when i on breakr of the machine, just show only this alarm, some time 408, 409 alarm show in screen.

Need a lot more details. EX is a machine side alarm, how about the display on the spindle drive itself? In fact, that EX alarm number sounds like a mori number.

actually spindle direve unit show alarm no. 01, this is mori seiki zl 45 double turrent machine. in lcd screen show different numbers too some times: such as ex 451, 408, 409...like that... if you can please help me, what is the fault.

If its a alpha drive, since you still haven't posted the control type, alarm 1 indicates a bad fan inside the spindle drive unit.

Sorry, I don't skype,facebook,twitter, or any of those sorta things. 0TT control could be alpha or C series drives. I'm not next to my computer with the fanuc manuals today. Post the part number of the spindle drive, i'm sure Al or someone else can look it up.

our lubrication pump also no work, just i check power, it is show only 24 voltage.

i am also facing same king of problem in FANUC syatem 15TA mori seiki SL-25 machine.
ex 451 spindle drive unit fault is shown in PMC alarm screen.
this problem is comming after clear all memory and load it again.
