Exclamation Takamaz X10 SRAM Backup

Our Company have Takamaz X10 CNC Late with 21TB Controller. This machine has CR60 Loader for material loading/unloading.
This machine has 13 years Sleep in the warehouse, now i try to Power on This machine .I think all parameter and System already gone (cause 13 years sleep) and we don't have SRAM,Parameter data back up and Ladder,PMC parameter etc,...also lost the books.

Can somebody help me to get the SRAM data ,Machine parameter?

Thank in advance for your kind of attention and help.

I think the best way to solve this is to contact takamz directly, the wab page is: Takamaz, there you can find their contact information.

Try it, they might have a backup of your machine.

Good luck.

Greg.

Find a machine just like yours and ask for a backup or use the backup of a similar machine and adjust the parameters.

The Takamaz option is still the best, I think.

Well, the lader is not in the same volatile memory, if you losted your battery only NC param, PC param, offsets, programs are losted, ladder is in a different place.

Well.....Machine already on after check all wearing...so many wearing break cause Rat bites...re-wiring.(some wire doesn't recognized need wiring manual?)...power on...machine parameter, ladder, program still exist...Thx God....but still has problem with sequence error ....Lubrication Lack...need to check lub.pump..check to run the spindle ok....little bit noisy.... planning to overhaul/replace the grease only?...spindle motor also noisy....may be grease problem...consider to replace motor bearing spindle...

Sequence error ...i guess the Machine need Zero return first after power on?!!....i will try after lubrication already finish...

other problem, at first power on there's err 414...check diag.200>>> HCA=1..but try to switch off for moment and switch on again, error disappear... capacitor on servo unit already leak? or current sensing resistor?..

That my story...still need help from the master...
