| HI ! I have a YouJi VTC 800 ATC+C with Fanuc 18T. My problem is that when i run a program to chek the positioning error for Z axis, each time the axis go down (with G0), the clock that i mounted under the spindle indicates that the axis comes down 0.01mm in 10 travels(up/down) with the rapid feed at 25% and 0.01mm in 2 travels with rapid feed at 50% and is growing. The backlash for Z axis is close to "0",because the machine is almost new. Does anyone knows what is the problem? ![]() I appreciate any responds. |
