I run a Dahlih MCV 1500 with franuc 21i MB control, and it randomly changed all offsets, when i use M43h-- to tool height set the offset is -500mm plus, when i check the height setter height, which used to be +190mm long, it measures it as -570mm. all heights stay relative and machine runs perfectly, but it is a worry! it has another problem where after height setting tools and it has returned home i have to move it off the z axis home and rehome it. any ideas or suggestions welcome  |
