I have a toyoda hmc that has been giving me several alarms...they happen about 6 times a shift.."ex17 servo ready off on spindle rev"....after you reset this alarm "svoo3 y abnormal current in servo"Some times the abnormal current is in x y and z or z and xor just z.This always happens right after the tool change .Before it even gets into the cut.Is this a drive issue or servo motor issue or somthing else? Any help would be great thanks, Dave  |

| Shooting from the hip here, check your spindle orientation. If the ATC arm is trying to move the spindle in M19 mode, it may be causing an overload. |
