Fanuc OT-C spindle RPM control

hello gents,

i have a Cincinnati 15C with a OT-C Fanuc control, i need to know what is the parameter who control the RPM in the spindle. the keyboard has a increase and decrease botton but something is happening and when i want to increase or decrease the spindle RPM it doesn't work.
