Fanuc Series O-M Memory Problem

Hi All,

I am working on an old glass cutting machine that uses a Fanuc Series O-M controller. The controller is telling me that i have no available memory left, but i only have 4 small part programs loaded onto the machine. These programs are titled O9991, O9994, O9995, O9996. It is my understanding that any program titled with O999x is protected from deletion.

I used the DNC feature to load a new program, O9992, and when i tried this the program did not show up in the program library but now the memory is full.

Does anybody know what parameter I can change so that I can delete these programs? I already tried entering program O-9999 and deleting (this is supposed to delete all programs) but the memory remains full and the four programs are still there.

It seems like there is a hidden program somewhere that is using up all my memory, but I can't find it.

parameter 10 bit4 controls the viewing,deleting,editing,punching of 9000 series programs.
Set to '0' to stop these limitation.
Similarly parameter 389 bit2 for 8000 series programs.
