    custom macro

    im new on fanuc can anyone give me instructions on how to create a 9000 program on a fanuc 310i and assign it its own g code and what parameters i need to change to look at some that have already created

    In addition to the parameters stated in Dave's #2 post and referred to by Kiwi, check if there are any numbers set in parameter #12011 and #12012. These are the parameters to reserve program numbers for "Built in Macro Programs". The first program number in the range is set in #12011 and the last in the range is set in #12012. There may be a pass word set to protect these so they can't be over written These parameters, and the ones listed in Dave's post will show you the programs you should probably not touch.
