Recently bought a tornos screw machine. Has Fanuc ott controller and c series drives. Just got it fired up yesterday and have a problem. The drive for chanel one alarmed out. Checked drive and no led, channel 2 ready, checked power to drive and is 203 v, checked fuses seamed ok swapped fuses between drives and it came on with led #2 low dc voltage. Pulled fuse looked at it ohmed it put it back in and drive fired up. Zeroed machine and every thing seemed ok, shut off and restarted again everything ok.Now today fired up and same thing. So I see what looks like a power supply in the middle of the drive. so is there any other fuses or connections to look at and is 203 the proper voltage at the drive. |
