Need Help!- Fanuc 16i-M Can't clear Error code 5013

I've got one machine in the shop running this controller and we don't use it very often. In my programming wisdom I forgot to turn off comp (G40) before the tool change. It threw the alarm '5013-HPCC:CRC OFS Remain at Cancel'

Did a reset and fixed my code. Thought everything was fine, continued running and now at the end of every tool that uses a G41/G42 it throws up the same error code. Double checked that all G40's are in place, restarted the machine and am still having the same problem.

Found that a reset and controller restart doesn't clear the error code in the background.

Does anyone know how to clear this from the background?

I am not sure, but check if 3402#6(CLR) = 0 helps.
