4TH AXIS PARAMETERS

We have a 97 model Okuma Howa Millac 511v with a Fanuc 16m model c control, great machine. I goofed up and caused an sram alarm and had to clear machine and reload parameters and our 4th axis doesn't work now. It shows up but won't move. What's worse is we don't have a parameter manual for the 16m and I can't find one online. Can someone please help me get our machine up? I am thinking I need to change some parameters and possibly a keep relay or something. Oh, and it is an integrated 4th axis. Thank you in advance!

first, what is the exact model? If you call me I can tell you how to find out from the display without opening the cabinet.

Still no luck. All the parameters I can find are there but 4th won't move even in handle. Not sure where the parameters are for setting gear ratio, etc. though.

Ok, so I got the 4th axis drive up and the 4th works in mdi and in auto now, just not in any manual modes. I can mdi it to the home position and put it in home and push 4+ and the home light comes on so long as I am already at home. If not it just says 090 ref return incomplete. Also it will not move in jog,handle,or home at all. Surely this has to be something minor as it was working fine til I wiped out parameters, etc. Anybody have an idea on this?
