| I have the HAMAI Machining Center model : MC-6V with FANUC 6M controller. It's tools change operation can't be work. It have a FUJI PLC (I think it's a PLC) MPU/MEM CARD = UMI5A-A02 / UM15A-A12 7 Segments on front panel show "ER". Fanuc control is ready, no any alarm, the machine can work normally if no tool change command (M6). When MDI "M6 T1" buzzer was alarm immediately , no any machanic action work. If manual tool change with push button it work OK. I need help how to set or initial FUJI PLC UM15A. Who have this manual give me please. Thanks you very much |

| Fanuc 6M indicates this is an older machine, if it is the original PLC it will probabally be the same age, have you tried contacting Hamai? They are still around according to their web site. Al.
