i got a low voltage servo alarm on X and Y at power on. I measure the input voltage from the power supply: 0VDC. Turn off and on, evrything is ok. It was already happen in the past but now it's almost at each power on. What could it be?

ok, more details, dc output of the power supply is 0 because line in is 0 too. There is a contactor that must be energized to bring the line to power supply and it's activated via CX3 cable(this is from the power supply). What exactly is CX3. Wath could cause a faulty CX3 signal?

when this happens what is on the led display of the p.s.? Any alarms on the P.S. itself?

no alarm on p.s. it's just not ready

Checking for what keeps the mcc (contactor) from comming on:

1. The emergency stop state has not been released(ensure a secure connection)

2. A terminating connector has not been attached( check connector K9 hfor the svm or spm has been attached at the end of the chain)

3. The MCC driving relay is defective!! (Check that a circuit between pins 1 and 3 of connector CX4 are closed and opened).

4. Make sure you have secure connections on the contactor itself.

Of course do these checks when the problem occurs.
