I got my controller back with a box full of modules I know where the large modules go, graphics, cpu, servo card, but the three small memory cards I have no clue where to put these cards back in place.

First of all which card goes into the slot in the back of the cpu card.

I put the cards in and now I get an invalid from error when booting the mill, I also can not upload my backup files it says memory full.

your maintenance manual has this info. I can email that if you need it. The modules can be damaged (as well as the mainboard) be putting them in the wrong slot.
