how to index or move c-axis on takisawa TX-20 with Fanuc 21-T control

hello, we got an old takisawa TX-20 lathe machine with live tooling. it uses Fanuc 21-t control.

i manage to get everything ready to mill a 3/4" square but i cannot get the spindle or c-axis to move. i was told that c-axis can index by 5 deg so that means G12.1 will not work?

and i do not know which letter represents the c-axis! or if there is a code i need to engage the spindle to start indexing? even in mdi or manual i cannot get the spindle to rotate.

if anyone has any ideas please let me know or email me asap wondery@shaw.ca
thank you very much in advance

Generally, M51 selects spindle-indexing mode, and M50 cancels it.

"C" represents C-axis movement in absolute mode.
"H" represents C-axis movement in incremental mode.
