Pin out for 19 pin encoder

Hi, looking for the pinout for the 19 pin (Amph,22-14) encoder motor side and CN5 20 pin Honda drive side A20b-1000-0560.
All my Fanuc 0 manuals only show the (Amph,20-29) 17 pin.
    Thanks.
    Ray.

Thanks Al, I see the the plug 22-14. it does say digital, mine is analogue.
Picked these drives up a while ago and now trying to make them work with Mach 3 and DSPMC. Did not have any success last time i tried. The cable coming back from the encoder and going to CN5 has another small grey cable coming out of the 20 pin Honda with 2 wires, they have been cut off, just wondering if they are for the OH, they would be external.
