Hi guys I'm trying to use the mirroring function on some of my programs. On my control I can select the mirror function manually but there is no M or G code to call it from the program. In the manual they talk about #3005 can change the values in the Setting Data window. So i created a couple M codes M90 Mirror cancel, M91 Mirror X and Y. tied them to subprogram 9002 and 9003. I seams to work they will change the state of the values for the mirroring function. But the problem I'm running in to is when you try to run the program thru it acts like it is running in incremental mode and it doesn't really recognize the work offset, very inconsistent. So if you start the program with the mirroring off it will run your first offset fine then call the mirroring and a different offset it seams to work but if you try to run the program again it will take off in some other direction? any thoughts or ideas on what to try to make this work. the sub programs look like this O9002 #3005=32 M99 % O9003 #3005=35 M99 % then tried this O9002 #3005=32 G20 G90 M99 % O9003 #3005=35 G20 G90 M99 % 32 and 35 are binary code Thanks for the help |
