| I have an Arc Mate 120iB/10L with an R30i controller, and a Lincoln V455M welder. I'm trying to get the root pass memorization to work and the error codes that I come up with is either "pitch to small", which i adjusted in the variables, and the other error says "segment not in buffer" i know that it is recording the root pass but i cant figure out why the Multi-pass offset is throw error's up. Tried contacting the company that installed the work cell for us, but, I with no prior knowledge to any kind of robotic work cells, know equal if not more than this company, and have only worked on it for 2 years. Contacted FANUC but the company i work for wants to try their best to stay away from spending a huge amount of money for a problem so little. Im a newbie to this, but i catch on real fast! |
