Need Help!- System Alarm on FANUC OM (Stama MC320)

I need help!!! Recently I bought second hand CNC Stama MC320, with FANUC OM from 1988 year. Every bit on this machine is cleaned and assembled by professional, but there is one alarm that we can't figure out...
SYSTEM ALARM 0415-11
914 RAM PARITY (SERVO)
I have an idea of what might be the problem but I can't put my finger on it...
Please help...

your only way is a clear of memory .. i hope you have the original parameters

Don't clear it yet.. The (servo) on your alarm sounds different than a mainboard/ram alarm. Might be a servo module went bad on the main board. You really want to make sure before you re-initialize the control.

your software is a 415 series, so you might have a 0150 (A series) or a 210 or 284 (B series) as mother board. In all case, you don't have any servo module in your cnc
